Hortus Recipe: Soup of Turron and skewered fruit with yogurt

  • 150 g Jijona Turron
  • 4 natural yoghurt
  • 4 different fruit
  • Chocolate
  • Fresh Mint


  1. Grate Jijona Turron.
  2. Slightly warm yogurt and mix nougat.
  3. Finish grind with the mixer until it is very thin cream.
  4. Assemble the skewers with chopped fruit.
  5. Spread the nougat cream dishes.
  6. Place a skewer on each plate and garnish with a little melted chocolate and some fresh mint leaves
