Hortus Recipe: Artichokes and beans with organic romesco sauce

We present a very simple recipe but very tasty with our Organic Romesco Sauce.
Ingredients: (for 2 people)

Preparation:
  1. Pelar artichokes (remove outer leaves) until the leaves clearer.
  2. Cortar the tips of the leaves, leaving only the “heart”. Cut into 6 parts.
  3. On a pan with oil, sauté the artichokes.
  4. Añadir white beans and organic romesco sauce and finish sautéing echo.
